Physical Description:

Powerfully built figure with thick dwarven features and a full beard; skin has a slight golden hue to it and robes are brighter gold. Glesvengion enjoys playing the role of a kindly mage, but he has little tolerance for evil, and when duly provoked, his explosive temper is reminiscent of Thor's

Background:

Historically, when the weight of evil has been too much to bear, Alvidan has turned to its First Pillar of Light, Glesvengion the Gold. Born of the Coven Queen Greyl and the dragonlord Adarahil (a demigod in his own right) Glesvengion is the most powerful spellcaster in the world with the exception of Cytouhl the Lich.  Glesvengion is also possessed of Futuresight - the ability to catch fleeting glimpses of what may come to pass - and in my estimation, he's made remarkably good use of this power. Alas, it is Glesvengion who's been targeted for destruction by the predatory goddess Lilith.
