A cantankerous old dwarf who hobbles about on his rickety knees lecturing to whoever comes within earshot and grabbing at the occasional lady . . .

Background:

Jozev Rocklin is the oldest surviving dwarf at over eight hundred years of age.  Though considered somewhat of a crackpot, Rocklin occasionally comes up with a true pearl of wisdom, though one has to endure quite a few unsolicited lectures before that's likely to happen.  Jozev is close friends with Chillybones and the halfling sisters, and like his fellow Eldests is aware of Zailen's plight.
