Cast of the same mold as the Lord of Justice himself, Reginald Withenberg is a Major in the Tyrian army who lost his right arm from the elbow down when trying to retrieve an object of great evil from the jaws of a shark. Reginald continues to serve in the Tyrian force under the direction of Priest Jonathan Bandigan, the Fist of Thalex.
