Background:

Chillybones O'Gabbelly resides in Sparkfire Peak, the only leprechaun in that entire range so far as I know, and at eight hundred years of age, it seems unlikely that he'll return to his native Sullandrian forest where his grandniece Jasmine still lives. As to what he does, primarily Chily likes to tinker in the lab and play cards with his halfling wife Roselimb and his fellow Eldests - namely his wife's sister Rosebud and the Lech, Jozev Rocklin . . .
