Background:

The son of Balder, Forseti's growth stopped on the day his father was slain, thus has he remained as a child for these many thousands of years. But Forseti is wise, and like Balder before him, has a majesty about him which allows him to peacably resolve most disputes.  He is watched over by the other Lords, this child amongst the gods, and watched most especially by the demidog Aviticus the White . . .
