Background:

Of all Lilith's queens, Draeglara is the most powerful.  And it's not even the fact that she's an accomplished priestess, wizard, and assassin.  It's the way she spins her lies and plays one party off against the next.  Though Lilith's following is entriely chaotic, I would have to say Draelgara comes right after Cytouhl so far as the hierarchy of things . . .
